Independent Auditors

Independent Audit

When a regulatory infringement has been identified and a breach of the WHS or Electrical Safety Act, Regulation or Code of Practice has occurred, then the Queensland ESO or QBCC regulator can direct the licensee of a company to have an independent safety review conducted.

The licensee must give QBCC a safety audit report of the licensee's safety management system which demonstrates compliance with standards of safety as required by the Work Health & Safety Act. The safety audit report must be undertaken by an independent Certified Auditor in WHS Management Systems within 30 days of this condition being imposed.

An electrical contracting company and their nominated licensee must provide to the Electrical Licencing Committee that an independent and suitably credential third party auditor has reviewed the electrical safety systems to ensure compliance with all relevant acts and regulations.

We have conducted a number of these compliance audit. Call us to discuss how we can help.
